Charlotte County Ford
In 1995 Suncoast built the Charlotte County Ford dealership facility in Port Charlotte for owner Don Gasgarth. We were on site again in 2004 to repair significant damage they suffered as a result of Hurricane Charley.

Bert Smith VW & Subaru
Location: St Petersburg, FL Completion Date: December 2015 Scope of Work: Design-Build The new Bert Smith VW facility in St. Petersburg implements the Volkswagen White Frame Design concept. At the same time, significant renovations were made to the adjacent Bert Smith Subaru dealership.
Crystal Harley-Davidson
The new Crystal Harley-Davidson welcomes riders to a state of the art, yet warm and rustic facility with heavy timber trusses starting at the large entry canopy and extending into the showroom.
